What is the name of your state? Washington
I am co executor of my dads estate, along with his mistress. I have not been included in any decision making, not even how to split the bill! What obligation do I have, being co-executor, to decision making. Am I supposed to be included? Can a person be legally a domestic partner to one person and married to another at the same time? Please let me know.

Presuming you father is still alive and kicking (along with other things ), and it is his own separate money that is in his estate, your only obligation is to ensure that when he dies the estate is distributed according to the Will & Trust.
You are entitled to a portion of the executor fee as determined by law. That is all, unless your father names you as a beneficiary in his Will. Any decisions your father makes regarding the disposition of his money is none of your business at this time.
You say co-executor and I presume you do know the difference between co-executor and successor executor.
Talk to a specialist in Estate Law or the attorney who drew up the Trust. He will diplomatically tell you much the same thing.
