Out of state Will

I had my will done in Oklahoma and now live in Wisconsin, is there any need to update it?

If it was valid in Oklahoma when executed, it should be valid in Wisconsin.

However, relocating to another state is always a good time to have it reviewed to make certain that the intentions expressed in the will are still your intentions.

If there is a spouse, revisiting the will may be a good idea, as WI Marital property and homestead property laws differ from Oklahoma's.
