In PA how hard is it to petition the orphans court to have an executor removed and to have an accounting of an estate. Can this be done with out hiring a lawyer? Fees for this are out of my budget! Can you find a for on the internet to do it by yourself. Pretty cut and dry....person died almost 4 years ago, PA inheritance never paid, accounting never done, house sold hasn't disbursed all of proceeds to heirs. Thanks
