If a parent allows someone to have guardianship of their child, what rights do they still have regarding that child. Do they have access to school records? A say in the child's education and/or religion? How about medical records? Can they sign permission slips that need signed by "parent or guardian" (like required for ear piercing, skiing, etc.)?
