What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
I currently reside with my spouse in a house that I owned prior to my marriage. The house was deeded to me by my parents before their death. If I should die before my spouse, I would like my spouse to be able to live in the house until their death or they decide to move, then I would like the house to be willed to my 3 siblings. My husband and I do not have any children. Prior to our marriage my spouse agreed to this but we did not do a Pre-nup. I do not currently have a will, what should I do to accomplish this?
