What is the name of your state? Penn
Aunt died, left me and 10 others as bennificiaries. Monies have been in an attorneys hands for 16 months, all is sold one cousin wont sign off to her amount of cash, the same as ours. Executives are sitting on this whole thing, doing nothing. Doesnt state law of Penn. this 500,000 needs to be in an interest bearing account. Per attorney, there is interest to date of apporx. $4000 yet Penn state says it goes to a needy family. What gives?
Sounds like hog wash to me. "Inst the interest that stemps from the estate the that the exec and ben's
