I have been my deceased brothers P.R. for 3 years. He died at the hands of a physician and there are proceeds from the lawsuit. I've worked very hard on both the probate issues and the lawsuit.
I understand the according to Oregon statutes I will recieve a % from probate and the lawsuit, but I was told I could file for more funds due to the extent of my efforts, time off etc.

Does anyone have suggestions about this? During this ordeal I've learned that different lawyers offer differing opinions.

thank you

Pat
