What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada, If certain items were listed in a trust account for the family after I passed away would they be subject to sale if I filed bankrupty?::confused:

hi layman,

i think what he means is if he files bk, will the items he places in a trust, be able to avoid the bk proceedings.

he is using the term "when he passes away" as a further descriptor of the assets in the trust.
