I have recieved a petition for discharge from the executor of a will. I have 1/3 interest in the estate as beneficiary. The will stated that the executor was relieved from filing inventories or returns. As of yet, I have recieved no information regarding the contents of the inheritance. It was filed with the probate court 1 1/2 years ago in the state of Georgia. I do not have any idea - do I sign this or request an inventory? Was she required to give any info to the probate court? Am I entitled to any info at all? Any advice would be helpful.
