Hello everyone I am new here and wanted to get a question that has been really heavy on my mind answered!

In 2011 my father died and did not leave a will and according to our attorney we (sister and I) were to split everything between us. But before we were able to get to the house my uncle had gone through and helped himself. He took some valuable silverware and some other junk but most of all he took my fathers pistols. Is there ANY WAY POSSIBLE to get them back??!? Please respond!

State: Indiana.
He took the guns the day my father died back in August 2011.

I had not called them, thinking there is nothing that they could do since there is no will or anything.

Yes, we are going through this whole GM ignition recall thing and it has brought up about of stuff that for lack of better terms were set aside at the time and this was recently brought up.
