My father left a will for me and my siblings. He left in me control of the monetary valuables and house. Because of that my older sister does not want to sign the will to let go forward. What can I do?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

You need to clarify. What exactly do you mean, "He left in me control of the monetary valuables and house". Are you suggesting that you are in "control" as the personal representative to distribute these assets in accordance with the will? Or, did he leave these assets to you alone as a beneficiary?
