Good Morning,
I am in need of advice. My mother is one of 8 children. 2 have passed away along with her mother. Recently my Grandfather also passed before he could establish a will. He was able to get a truck transferred into my moms name and wanted to get the home also transferred into her name but wasnt able to.

This is the thing, ALL living siblings do concur that she should be the one with the house, with the possible exception of one.

What should she do to get the house in her name soley?

Thanks,
Alberto

Take the one out behind the woodshed and 'discuss' the matter with him/her.
Otherwise, nothing she CAN do. The estate must be probated intestate and while the others 'can' give up their claim, they are not required to.

It's time for an estate attorney.

This is not a simple matter.

You must get a probate attorney.
