I need to know if I become my mothers power of attorney..and she dies..with Debt*credit cards* am I liable for it ? she has only life insur policys.. and my sister and I are named excut to the will But not Power of attorney..

As long as you are clearly acting only as her agent/attorney-in-fact and fulfill your fiduciary duties when acting, no.
