i need information of power of attorney pros and cons? i have a grandmother who's bank account is being wrongfully used by another family member. this person is not (as i know of on the account with her)and does not have authority to take funds from account. i want to get power of attorney from her to take care of this situation, but i need to know all the steps that i need to take in order to make sure that all the necessary legal ramifications are in place.

Simply fill out the form as the instructions indicate and get it notarized as indicated. I believe the form is self-explanatory.
