New York - what legal rights would the beneficiaries in an estate have if one of the beneficiaries who also had power-of-attorney went to the bank and took out ~$95,000 of from the deceased's bank account within two weeks of his death at which point he was not coherent? or if the person took the money out of the bank before the bank was notified but after the death.
