Back in 1995, my wifes grandmother changed her will and power of attorney to exclude her mother from both the Will and Power Of Attorney. Her grandmother gave it to us the Power Of Attorney in 1998 and told us that we where to take care of her if something happened. In 2000, her grandmother got hurt and went in the hospital and we got caught between her parents and grandmother. So we decided to sit back and see how the mother took care of the grandmother. During the time we also knew she was in the process of getting a guardianship and that has since happened. We have noticed many things that we now disagree with and want to know if our Power Of Attorney which we probated could be used to contest the guardianship? Thanks for any suggestions
