My mother is 84 and going down hill fast. My sister is the exec. of her will with my brother co-exec. there are 8 kids in all. My older bothers and sister have talked my mother into selling off all of her property to my brother below the value price in the past and now she is really getting sick, I'm afraid that they will talk her into doing the same with her house and additional property.
Is their anything I can do to prevent this from happing? Is their a way I can get a copy of the will? Do I have a right to a copy of the will? What if any rights do I have? PLEASE HELP ME.
