a friend of mine has had a check mailed to him for the settlement in his dad's probate. He feels that what he recieved was not fair. Basically he would like to know if he would be entitled to back child support that his father never paid while he was growing up. Also there is some plots of land in another state that was never brought up in probate. Is there anything he can do about that also? Also, he would like to know if there is anything he should recieve from his dad's pension from the railroad? His dad lived in New Jersey and we are in Ohio, and we know that all states have different laws. Could you check the laws in New Jersey and let me know about these three questions? Thank you very much.
