The caretaker of my aunt was also her attorney in fact. Before my aunt died (not in sound mind), the caretaker put 240 acres of land in the cartakers name for the cost of $1.
She is also one of the heirs. Can she do this? Is there a proceeding to make her accountable to the rest of us?
