South Carolina, my common law husband past and in the will he gave up all right to the home which is title in he name, the land is title in both our name. The mortagage is in my name only. He left me as the exector of the estate. The wills state that all personal property be divide between his children. Does this mean that i must sell the home? What is personal property? Please reply to [email protected]:confused:
