My aunt died in CA. My Uncle in PA. is her executor. Do I write to the probate court in Orange County CA. to see if her will has been filed? If yes what should I ask for and what info will they need? Where would I find the address of the court I need?

You'll find links to all sorts of information right on this page under State Law Center. The Superior Court, Probate Division, in the California County in which the deceased lived is the place where the Will would have been filed. Call the court and ask for their help. Or call the executor and ask what he's done about filing.
