my father recently died and left property to me, my mother and sister in michigan. he left another sister out of the will, she lives in anothers state and he did not want her to have the burden of having to deal with the property here.
my question is this there are tenants living in the property that my father left for me and my sister. #1 they are not paying any rent. what can be done about that?
#2 the property need some repairs i.e roof leaking and the plumbing. what can i do? can i take out a loan for the repairs? or do i have to get premission from the probate judge?
