My mom just passed suddenly. She bought a new doublewide trailor and furnature on credit and she hasnt even made a payment yet on the trailor. She has a will naming all 5 kids as benificiaries. Are we liable to pay these off? Im in Florida.

Her estate MAY be (and thus you'd inherit less) but you are not personally liable unless you signed for it. Get a lawyer there to see if the deals can be called off or what can be done.
