What is the name of your state? INDIANA

I owned my home free & clear before I got married and before the birth of our son. My wife has a son from a previous marriage that does not live with us. If I pass away before my wife, is there any way I can make sure that my assets go to my son and that my stepson does not get any property I own? I love my stepson, but want my son to inherit what I have worked for.
