What is the name of your state? california

I need to know what I need to file with the court
in order to prove that I am sole beneficiary to my
late husband. I have a stock certificate in his name that I need to sell, but first I have to file
something...and I'm not sure what it is.

If the estate has total assets of less than $100,000 there is a simplified probate process. Go to the Probate Clerk at the Superior Court in your home county and ask for the forms
