Hello, here's my problem: My grandmother died about 5 years ago, leaving me in her will. I was under 18 at the time and none of my relatives on that side of my family never tried to contact me. I know i'm in her will because she told me when I was younger that she would leave me something so I wouldn't have to worry about money. About a month before she died, I moved and forgot to give her my new address in time. I have no idea on how to find out if I am indeed named in her will and how to claim what's mine if I am. She lived in Los Angeles, CA. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Dave

Check the probate records in LA County and see if there was a Will filed or a Personal Representative appointed for her.
