my father-n-law past away, and we will be buying the house from the other three children that were left in the will to split it equally, we live in ohio and will be having all of them quitclaim the deed of the house (that is in ohio) to us. but one couple lives in wisconsin and tells us that their state law does not require both husband and wife to sign, that only the daughter has to sign the quitclaim over to us since she keeps all of their finances seperate of each other. are we going to have problems with this deed now or in the future if the husband will not sign the quitclaim?
