What is the name of your state? Florida

Hi all,

My grandmother just made a living trust. She is still married to my grandfather and she wants to leave her interest in their home to my mother (their daughter).

Does my grandfather need to sign anything for my grandmother to be able to do this? or can she just do this on her own?

Does she need to have the original deed to the house on hand to make the quitclaim deed to the living trust?

Also, where can we get an appropriate quitclaim deed? I have only been able to find quitclaim deeds for the sale of a home. I need one to transfer ownership to the living trust???

Thank you very much for any help!!
