In Oct. 1995 my Mom passed away. My parents owned a house in Brooklyn which was put up for sale in 1996 by my father. At this time there was a will naming my father beneficiary as surviving spouse. Also stated in the will was the proviso that in the event of his death as sole surviving parent the estate would be divided equally among the children. Following the sale, my father moved in with my sister & her family. It recently came to my attention that the will was changed in Dec. 1996 giving me a substantially less amount as my inheritance with the proviso that the remainder of the estate be divided equally between my two sisters. I strongly feel, without going into too many details that there was undue influence applied to my father thus making him change his will. What are my legal options concerning this matter?
