Re: Supplemental Needs Trust

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

My question: I was named trustee for my brother's Supplemental Needs Trust Fund in August 2006. He recently passed away and I am now getting ready to disperse funds to his children per the original will. I need to know if there is a fee I am allowed to charge for services rendered, and if so, what is the percentage. The original amount of the trust fund was $38,274.73.

Thank you
