My wifes' Grandmother was just recently placed in a nursing home with alsheimers and her only son'"my wifes' step father",is the executor and is taking care of all finances with the state of texas watching over all for Grandmas' interests. The question is my wife and I are interested in her house and we are wandering what the executor can do and what should we do in this situation??
