In process of purchasing real estate, had sales contract, land was in seller's name only. Seller has since passed away. Spouse doesn't want to sell property. Spouse did sign the sales agreement with seller. Is she legally bound to continue the said transaction? If so, is there a timeframe she is required to raise his estate since there was no will? What will I have to do to complete said transaction? I live in Pennsylvania. Please help!
