My mom met a man on an internet dating site, he has convinced her to be his foreign beneficiary for a supposed trust coming to him from his father in Ghana. She doesn't believe me when I try to tell her this is a scam as she really likes him. Are there any legal repercussions for her here. I am resigned to the fact he will probably get some of the little money she has but, I don't want her to have any legal trouble because of it. Please help.
