What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ca
A trust hearing is approaching in a few days for my father's rev. trust. It is to close out the trust so to speak and for final distribution to the beneficiaries.

My question to anybody involved in estsates and wills is, can I contest the way the trustee (was POA before death of my father) handled my dad's estate?

I have profound evidence of lies told to the beneficiaries, of wrong doing, and outright fraud by the trustee. Can I tell the judge at this time or do they reschedule another date for a full blown court trial?

How do I proceed?
