Family Trust made in state of California where I reside. Our oldest son passed away leaving only one son to inherit after we pass away. Must I have a new Trust made up excluding the oldest son's name? We do not want his wife--he had no children--to inherit any part of our estate. Our lawyer has retired so would it be advisable to have another lawyer look the Trust over and make any appropriate changes?

Thanks,
B

Yes, it's very advisable and a very wise thing to do.
