When recording a Revocable Living Trust, is it necessary to record(all pages) the entire document? Or the front and the notarized page is sufficient? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

are you recording the document because you want to ? or because you think you need to ?

while i dont know the laws of all the states, it at least generally is not a requirement to record a trust. quite the opposite, as privacy is one of the nice features of a trust.
