I am co trustee in a trust that has a single family home as part of the assets.
The problem I'm having with this is my sister wants to buy my share of the home at a cost that is very low, I would like at least low fair market value for my half we have gotten 3 appraisals on the property but because San Francisco real estate is so high low fair market is still too high for her. We are at a stand still right now and I would like to settle this issue as soon as I can.
Can I force sale on the property and have the proceeds distributed as the Trust instructs?
