I think the point is that you will need to provide more information.

There are 'revocable' trusts, and there are 'irrevocable' trusts.
If it is revocable, if you read the language in the trust it should say what is necessary to revoke. Something like " I may revoke or amend this agreement by delivering a writing during my life to any trustee...."
