my family is beginning the process of fixing the house to sell because both both parents are deceased. There are six children and one has passed away.iam the daughter of the parent who passed away.
My question is when the children,my aunts sell the house ,will the deceased child share of finances go next to the oldest child,all three children or split between the other my aunts receiving the money?
