i desperately need archival statement records (1996-2000) for an att universal credit card account, but am having no success with att regarding "where" such records may be located or what process is required to obtain them. anyone with knowledge in this area who can advise asap??? card held in deceased parents' name......greedy aunt who was former trustee of parents' estate stole trust funds, and used this att card as part of scheme. need proof for court...obtaining subpoena duces tecum not a problem, just keep hitting a brick wall with att universal regarding this account and where/how to obtain records required from 1996 through 2000. account originated in california in 1995; trust is (now) irrevocable and also california. my status is surviving beneficiary daughter. advance thanks for any and all assistance...

What address have you contacted to get this resolved and what have they told you? Did the company investigate the matter and report their findings back to you?

More importantly, why have you waited so long to do anything about this?

How did auntie get possession of the card--after both parents died?

How much was stolen and have you already brought charges against her in court?
