What is the name of your state? Oregon
I recenlty won a Judgment in California against someone who resides in Oregon regarding breach of fiduciary duty in managing a living trust and committing fraud by stealing large sums of money over the past 6 years. A "sister judgement" was then entered in Oregon and approved. The defendant lives in Oregon. The defendant only recently hired counsel after two years of this drama! My counsel is moving swiftly and quickly in legal procedures regarding the collection of this judgement as the defentant is not cooperating. Is it possible for the defendant to quickly sign over the title of their homes to their children, one of which is 22 in order to avoid the collection of the fraud judgement, OR will Oregon court not respect that change of title as it will be obvious that it was done immediately after within days of the judgment? Also, must both signatures as husband and wife be on the transfer title if the homes were in both names?
