What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

My parent passed away last year and I am the Executive Trustee of the Living Trust. I asked a sibling to scan all the family photos. She did not do this and is now holding all of them hostage. How do I get at least MY photos back?

Sounds like there are more problems than the photos. Were there any other assets in the trust?
