I am a little confused with the trust agreement. I am executor to the will and have durable power of attorney yet I am unable to sign my mother's checks because of the trust. How can I correct this problem, this was not my mother's intension. She was under the impression that I would be able to sign her checks when she was unable to do it for her self. HELP! HELP! HELP!

It is reasonably standard. But ask her to ask the lawyer who drafted the trust to change things.
