What is the name of your state? NC

I understand the partition thing now, which is helpful because i did not know anything about that at all. But what if the property is not at all of equal value, i mean no where near close so Partition in kind would not work. I then also understand the Partition for sale but what if 3 of the 5 do not want to sell at all is there some way those 3 could have 1st rights to buy out the others before you have to sell it all?
