Can stock be sold by the excutator of a will and then the funds be split to the heirs of the will? Or does the excutator get use of the funds if he is given use of the real estate property until his passing. Or should the stock be split with the 3 heirs, one being the excutetor, for the heirs to decide what each will do the with stock?

Please hold the will up to the monitor so we can read and advise.

The will only says that the excutator has use of the property until death but does not pass on ownership of the property to the excutator. All property is then split equally between the heirs. So what I am hearing is if split now all heirs get their portion, or the excutator holds all parts until death. I am not sure which it will is, but am concerned about all parts being held in cash form by one person and not being split up at the time of sell.
