I have become sucessor trustee due to resignation of original trustee.
My sister and I are income benificiaries, my sisters grown children are residuary benificaries. I choose to have a bank act as agent to administer this trust. Under Fl. Law must I have the mutual consent or vote of the other benificiaries ,Thank you

Only a FL lawyer can answer for sure, and I am NOT one, BUT in most states a trustee could HIRE a bank trust company to assist while remaining trustee.

It also depends on the terms of the trust -- it may provide for a third trustee or for a bank to become second successor tustee, or it may be you could go to the court for such authority.
