I WILL BE RECEIVING MONEY FROM MY DECEASED AUNTS' ESTATE IN IRELAND.I WILL BE PAYING TAXES TO THE COUNTRY OF IRELAND. AM I REQUIRED TO PAY TAXES TO THE U.S. AS WELL?
