Two and a half years ago, my father died, I was exectutor of his estate, and I needed a crash course. This forum was very helpful in getting me started in the right direction. I see some of the same names here still posting.
It also ameliorated my attitude about paperwork when I read about how many scoundrels are out there (thankfully, none in my family).
In reviewing some of the current posts, I'm also glad to see that the tenor of this forum has changed from often mean and nasty to helpful and friendly. I was reminded of the old joke about "behavior like that gives the other 99% of lawyers a bad name."
