I had someone tell me that there is required amount of days that need to pass for changes on a Revocable Living Trust -- I heard the Trustee must live an additional 30 days after changes -- can anyone tell me if this is the case?

Changes were done to my Mother's Living Trust 22 days before she passed. She passed six months ago, but I never contested the validity of the new Trust. In this case, do I have a reason the contest the NEW Trust, or is there also a set number of days to contest any Living Trust?

Thanks!
