title on home ownershipWhat is the name of your state? Minnesota My mother lives in and owns her own home. She has a will naming her five children as co-beneficiaries. Now that my father is dead she is wondering if the house should be in her name or if one of the children should be added to it. |

| Why "one of the children". Is it her desire that only one of her children gets the property upon her demise?
